In the quest for longevity, science has turned its gaze toward the molecular mechanisms that govern aging. At the forefront of this research is Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+), a coenzyme integral to cellular health and metabolism. This post delves into the fascinating connection between NAD+ and longevity, shedding light on how this vital molecule could be the key to unlocking a longer, healthier life.

The Foundation of Longevity

Longevity is influenced by a complex interplay of genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors. However, at the cellular level, aging is associated with a decline in physiological function, increased oxidative stress, and impaired energy metabolism.
